For private bookings, we do ask for a £50 security deposit to be paid upfront. This is to protect us against cancellation and is required to secure the booking, and is returned to the hirer after the event.
The balance of the invoice is required 6 weeks prior to the event date.
As per our terms and conditions, we do require 12 weeks notice of cancellation. If this notice is not provided, we may retain the security deposit.

Should a hirer require additional services such as catering, cleaning, or gazebo hire, a separate agreement should be sought directly with the contractor. C&P Village Hall will not be held responsible or liable for any part of any agreement entered into by the hirer and outside contractor.
No payment is taken at the time of enquiry, a member of our team will contact you via email.
If your booking is confirmed, an invoice for payment will be forwarded by email.
