Weddings at the hall

 

Clapham & Patching Village Hall is fortunate to have approximately 4 acres of level ground laid to grass, immediately adjacent to the hall.

This unique space is ideal for outside events and erecting marquees for which there is a separate electrical supply provided.

There is hard surface parking for approximately 25 cars. Additional parking may be provided on the grass subject to ground and weather conditions. 

There is discount for the residents of Clapham and Patching and for Village organisations – please ask the booking secretary for details.

Wedding Weekend
Friday From 12am to following Sunday Before 12am- Fixed Rate £900 (Entire complex)
The erecting of large event marquees will require additional payment of £150 (see Secretary)

Residents of Clapham and Patching Villager’s discount on hire charge of 25%

For Wedding bookings, we do ask for a £100 security deposit to be paid upfront. This is to protect us against cancellation and is required to secure the booking, and is returned to the hirer after the event.

The balance of the invoice is required 6 weeks prior to the event date.
As per our terms and conditions, we do require 12 weeks notice of cancellation. If this notice is not provided, we may retain the security deposit.

Should a hirer require additional services such as catering, cleaning, or gazebo hire, a separate agreement should be sought directly with the contractor. C&P Village Hall will not be held responsible or liable for any part of any agreement entered into by the hirer and outside contractor.
